(NEWS10) -- An Albany man has been sentenced on a sexual assault conviction, according to the Rensselaer County District Attorney’s Office. Jevonte Osterhout, 31, was found guilty by a jury trial on May 12 of having a sexual relationship with a child in East Greenbush. Investigators offer $4,000 reward for information after 13-year-old’s shooting death in Aurora Investigators are offering up to a $4,000 reward for information regarding the death of a 13-year-old in March’s Aurora mall shooting.Just before 8 p.m. on March 25, Aurora police officers responded to reports of a shooting in the parking lot at the Town Center at Aurora mall.When officers arrived, they found 13-year-old Phoenix Day suffering from two gunshot wounds, detective Nick Lesnansky said in Friday’s press conference.
